Which Weight Selection is Right for Me?

Our recommendation is to select a blanket weight that is around 10% of the intended user’s body weight, unless you strongly feel you want something heavier or lighter. If you are in between sizes, we recommend selecting the lower of the two weights as the typical customer exchange is for a blanket of a lower weight.

Our Queen/King blanket comes in 35lbs and is only available in one weight. Our team landed on this weight after thorough rounds of product testing and consumer surveying, which included both lighter and heavier weights. Due to the blanket being so much bigger than the original 72” x 48” sizing, we chose a weight that wouldn't overwhelm you during use, while still giving you the comforting grounding experience that Gravity Blankets are known for.

The blanket is not recommended for anyone under the weight of 50 lbs, though we may consider another option for this in future.

How do I wash my gravity blanket?
The duvet cover is machine washable. We recommend only washing the weighted insert by hand. For ongoing care, remove the cover before washing, and machine wash in cold water with similar colors, using non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry on low and cool iron if needed. The Gravity Blanket can also be dry cleaned.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Once your order has been placed, it is immediately prepared for shipping. When your order is ready for shipping and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number (FedEx for US and Canadian orders) and a link to view the status of your delivery/estimated delivery date. (Be advised cancellations/changes to orders are unable to be completed after this point).

Orders are estimated to arrive within 2-8 business days of shipment within the continental US. Orders for residents of Alaska and Hawaii are estimated to arrive within 10 business days. Orders for residents of Canada are estimated to arrive within 15 business days of shipment. We cannot offer expedited shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

How many day take for shipping?

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping and order information correctly before submitting it - we typically cannot cancel your order.

Our distribution center is very efficient and will have an order on the line within the hour of the order being placed. Therefore, asking for an address change or cancellation rarely can happen before the order ships out. We are typically not able to change addresses once the order is confirmed.

If you are attempting to update your address, we ask that you contact your shipping provider once you are emailed the tracking number.

If your order has already been delivered, you will need to submit a return or exchange after it arrives to you (30-day blanket and duvet cover return policy can be found here.) Please note that all sleep masks fall under this policy and are nonreturnable and nonrefundable upon delivery. We cannot cancel or change addresses for orders going to Canada.

Wrong address disclaimer:

Kindly note that if an inaccurate address has been provided and not brought to our attention prior to delivery, Gravity Products is not held accountable and the order will be shipped to the address provided. Gravity Products will not provide refunds for wrong information that has been submitted by the customer. We cannot change the address after it is fulfilled, but if Gravity Products is contacted by a shipping provider to change your address or have your item returned to us before the item has been delivered, the customer is responsible for a $25 restocking fee unless your item is a duvet cover or a sleep mask, in which case you will receive a refund for the product returned minus a $10 restocking fee. If your item is returned to us due to inaccurate shipping information or due to refusal, you will receive a refund for the product returned minus a $25 restocking fee. If you are seeking an item exchange, the restocking fee is not applicable.
